4/5 archivies with arc(mx)+srep+pcf+arc(m0)? Does the installation took a day?!
Anyway don't need to do pcf+srep on all archivies..
You can compress with freearc (-mx -ld800) all game's installation folder without video folders and XDF folder.
Then compress the XDF folder with arc(m0)+srep+pcf+arc(mx) (from 580Mb of the original folder to ~28Mb of the final archive
)
Then... pray that all this stuff fills only a DVD5!
