ok you were right
I've just tested the converted video and there were no english dialogs. I've added the enviromental sounds and english dialogs.
As BAMsE says Tracks 0, 2 and 3 are enviromental and they are responsible for music and sounds of weather or something like that (i didn't check that)
And now which track is for which language:
Track 1 - English
Track 4 - French
Track 5 - Italian
Track 6 - German
Track 7 - Spanish
Track 8 - Japanese
Track 9 - Russian
