Second conversion of a game using freearc, precomp and srep that I keep getting over-sized, tried two times.

DROTR.arc - 5.92GB
DROTR.pcf - 8.97GB
DROTR.srep - 6.10GB

I don't know whats going wrong but I keep getting those sizes, any help?
