REV0, now that you've added iw_09.iwd to the list of files archived in data2.cab,
DVD #1 doesn't have enough space for the installer + Redist + data1.cab + data2.cab..
In order to include iw_09.iwd, the files must be split between archives differently that you have right now, or compressed more than -m0, perhaps?
