Pre-process:
1. Create 4 folders, name them MW3_1, MW3_2, MW3_3 and MW3_4
2. Extract attachment's content to MW3_1

Diving to DVDs:
1. Install the game, apply any update if required, and/or no-cd applications. etc.
2. Go to your Installed Game Folder, move Redist folder to MW3_1
3. Open FreeArc, go to your installed game's folder and compress:

miles (directory --> it will be only directory you'll compress for this part)
and every other files
by these settings. Name it data1.cab:
4. Use FreeArc and compress these files and folders in 'main' folder:

iw_00.iwd
iw_01.iwd
iw_02.iwd
iw_03.iwd
iw_04.iwd
iw_05.iwd
iw_06.iwd
iw_07.iwd
iw_08.iwd
Name archive as: data2.cab
5. Use FreeArc and compress these files in 'main' folder:

iw_09.iwd --> iw_22.iwd (09 and 22 are included)
Name archive as: data3.cab
6. Use FreeArc and compress these files in 'main' folder:

localized_english_iw00.iwd
localized_english_iw01.iwd
localized_english_iw02.iwd
localized_english_iw03.iwd
localized_english_iw04.iwd
Name archive as: data4.cab
7. Use FreeArc and compress these files in zone/english folder:
All files between:

berlin.ff --> ny_manhattan.ff (both files are included)
it must be 54 file in total
Name archive as: data5.cab
8. Use freearc and compress these files in zone/english folder:
All files between:

paris-a.ff --> warlord.ff (both files are included)
it must be 69 files in total
Name archive as: data6.cab
9.
Move data1.cab, data2.cab to MW3_1
Move data3.cab to MW3_2
Move data4.cab, data5.cab to MW3_3
Move data6.cab to MW3_4
Copy autorun.inf and icon.ico files to MW3_2, MW3_3, MW3_4 folder.
10. Open autorun.inf files in MW3_2, 3 and 4, edit like below:

Burn them to DVDs with same folder contents.
