created a special tool for such moments.
tutorial:
download attachment
extract InfoFileCreator.exe to your desktop
Select the game folder of FIFA 12, press 'OK' (it could take a while, depends on system -> for me 5 sec)
after its finished on your desktop will be a Information.txt file
upload it here, i will make then a conversion for you
