I also have the same problem at the end of the installation
Using Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
at the end of the installation
when i click ok, there's an error message window
then i click ok, there's an error message window again
and last error message window
and the music stop
i think the error was caused by the music
the game is ok 
save and load save game is ok
Work in Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
