I tried installing the Peter's way and it works! I just only need to move Movies folder to DFGame folder then the movies work well.
But Peter, what's your final size?
my arc size is 3.87 GB and re-encoded movies 700 MB. So total size is 4.47 GB (doesn't fit on 1xDVD5). I convert the movies to 40% of original size, and remix all audio tracks back into reencoded biks.
