3) Copy DVD9 contents to 'MOH_DVD5\MOH' folder
4) Launch Re-compress.exe & wait...
5) Burn or mount iso in 'MOH_DVD5' folder

If you want to skip annoying CDKEY insertion, edit localization.ini & add entry:
