I dont think you use the ea meathod with xtreme fm but this is how it works turn on ps2 insert your ar2 turn off turn back on holding reset untill the ar2 menu screen appears let go reset and the tray ejects automaticly put in your backup now tray closes automaticly do not close it manualy now chose start game without codes hit x when prompted and your off

Your problem could be media m8 use mirrors for best results also try burning at 4x or 6x if you having trouble with 8x and never go any faster you may also need to adjust laser pot.
