CDRWin WILL run on windows 95/98/98se/ME and 2000 pro, i know because i have tried them all. I dont know where you got the idea that it doesnt work with Win ME.

Anyway this is besides the point, have you tried using Clonecd because this is fully compatable with your HP9110i and then you wont need to worry about trying to find a patch for Resident Evil Nemesis.
