I noticed your Creative Audigy drivers are not up to date, 2 years out of date to be precise, so your using Windows own drivers.

Has the latest driver that works very well with Windows 7 (2.18.0011)

There is an autoconfiguration button there also, if you wish creative to detect your card for you
