Well, the only way to watch that DVD is to get a DVD mod for your system. (I don't know where to get one though) The mod that's out won't work for DVD movies, it's only for games. Also the only movie right now I know of that is from japan and works on the PS2 is... "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.". Sorry to shoot the news to ya like that..
It is better to know than not to know...though....
