ImgBurn is great! So many great very advanced options!!
StarBurn is just a free replacement of Nero that nowadays became so incredibly gready of PC resources (and it is not free!!)

Starburn is pretty for noob users

But nevertheless if You only need to do simple things pushing few buttons that's for You!
Unexperienced users would find ImgBurn incredibly "difficult", and full of "strange not understandable options"

.. And it is not user friendly at all!
I've been using StarBurn only because it was light, and portable, but I've just found out that by simply adding "PortableMode=1" to ImgBurn.ini I can make it be portable too
