No I dont want to split it to 2XDVD5, all I want is to remove language files and include PATCH#1.rar. I want to keep English language, so it is "INT" [international] right?
Yeah, but I am not really good at Iscab stuff, can you give me the needed files and with detail instructions? Doesnt work man. I need step by step instructions, because this game has a weird installer.
It says could not open file INT\redme_deu.rtf for reading. the system cannot find the file specified. I'm not sure what to do and where to put files

Put the contents of BATMANAA_2xDVD5.7z to INT dir, and put list.txt to INT dir with removed language references. Ran the batch file you posted and it gives me an error.
How can I remove the *.rtf lines? They are not in list2.txt except
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_1]
File1="readme.rtf".
So I assume I remove only this in list2.txt?

Ok so I copied batman dvd files to my HD again. Moved INT contents to main directory. Removed
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_1]
File1="readme.rtf".
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_2]
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_3]
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_4]
[DLS_File_RootDirAll_5]
Then copied BATMANAA_2xDVD5.7z contents except except list.ini. Ran your batch:

it was busy for a while, but it did not showed error.

If not, it is 4.41 GB
data3.cab is gone. Install works, but the game wont start, probably misses some files.

Repacking hasnt even started. I just click my batch file and instantly it just generates these errors. No action occurs.
