some bots make posts like yours, then 'follow' up with big posts on how to do things, with screenshots , adverts etc
though, from your response, i can see you're not one of those, so thanks for clarifying that
if you're running windows 2000 or higher, the conversion is simple
start->run->pbrush
microsoft paint then loads, open the bitmap, then save as and select jpeg from the save type in the dialog.. job done
