Post FAQS about the PS2 forum rules
what's up

i'm surely new to this forum and i need familiarize myself a bit more with the rules surrounding the modding scene and what about it can be discussed here to help those interested. i'm not here to circumvent the rules nor to support the distribution of warez here.

1. so can links and sources from other sites (which do not support warez) that specialize in homebrew be posted for "downloads" & "reference (as it is freeware)?"

2. can modding tutorials be posted or written here?

3. what exactly isn't allowed to be discussed here (other than warez) since HDLoader is among many other homebrew apps?
