Listen to Topcat!! I am one of the people modchip.com screwed so i would not advise you to deal with them. Playstationmods.com is a proven winner and your best bet.Alot of sites claim to have neo2 chips but do not!! Playstationmods.com IS neo technology, they invented the neo chip so if you buy from anyone else you are buying a chip from a second hand dealer,not that they wont work,but its best to buy direct from playstationmods.com.
