Hey,
Try to run it with Administrator Rights.
It's working on both of my Win 7 versions:
XP Pro SP3 32 Bit or Win 7 RC1 Build 7100 32 Bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
2GB Kingston DDR2 PC2 6400
nVidia GeForce GTX260
