According to
http://m0001.gamecopyworld.com/games...rgency_4.shtml, this game is protected by some simple CD checks so you should be able to back it up with any CD copier software, not only Alcohol 120%. If your original is broken - can you install the game at all?! - then take it back to the shop and ask for a replacement.
