Sorry if I made the impression that I was offended. (If I

) Nope, I was just suggesting you to learn the proper way of requesting/reporting stuff independently of what forum you're actually using. Again, by doing so, you can spare some redundant circles of "have you tried this?", "yes, I have", "have you tried that?", "yes, that, too" that waste your time as well as everyone else's.
