DABhand is on a distinguished road
Also use notepad to read the .nfo files provided which will say this for this crack.

1. Always make a backup copy of your game executable(s) first, because
future update patches may require the original file(s):
BHP.cxt

2. UnRAR the archive to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!

3. Make a new sub-directory called "DATA" in your game directory.

4. Copy the contents of the DATA\ directory from the game CD to your new DATA\
sub-directory of your game directory. ---- I.e. the contents inside the folder DATA on your game CD goes into the new folder made in the game folder

5. Merge/Import TNT.REG into your Windows Registry. --- right click the file or double click the tnt.reg file included in the archive you downloaded.

6. Update any of your game shortcuts (possibly on your Desktop and in your
Windows Start Menu).
You must set the "Start in:" path to your installed directory path.

Example
-------
The "Target" aka the game EXE is:
"X:\My Lame Games Here\I SPY Spooky Mansion Deluxe\spooky2.exe" <<<< Obvious X: and My Lame Games Here is not the real path on your computer its an example

The "Start in:" of this Example will need to be:
"X:\My Lame Games Here\I SPY Spooky Mansion Deluxe"

Basically, you are stripping the "\spooky2.exe" from the end of the Target
and using that for the Start In location.

This is necessary for the game find the new DATA sub-directory we created.
Without a "start in" location, the game decides on it's own what directories
it wishes to be in or to search for files.

7. Play without the CD.

Did you follow these instructions also before?

Also for future reference, its an older game pre Vista time, so it could have some compatibility issues with Vista and how the game figures out where to find its data.

One way of stopping the annoying do you want to run this? window from popping up in vista ((which in fairness is a waste of space and doesnt actually prevent anything)) then you can do this

Start > Control Panel > user accounts > turn off UAC from bottom option in new window > restart PC when turned off to take affect

This will stop all that annoying warnings etc you get.
