First, thanks for the patches. I still haven't installed my drakensang copy but before I want to make sure that I can run it properly.
I knew about the "feature" of Drakensang that it detects a cracked exe and than turns to be unplayable because of vanishing main characters, unopening doors, etc. Very nasty, I'd like to say, even for players that don't use a crack because such problems can always occur in an RPG.
Anyway...
I want to try this and ask if anyone before does.
I think the crack detection is a silent alarm coming from securom. What about removing Securom first using their own tool

and then applying the crack.
Maybe then the silent alarm doesn't ring
