errr buy a dvd rom for starters
You know they are quite cheap these days. And doesnt take an expert to install.
Also the cracks are mostly for the non-patched version of GTA:SA, so that is probably why you get some errors due to the crack being for that type of version and not for the one without the naughty bits :P
