Thx to Grumpy i solved the prob guys!
For all that have this problem turn compatibility mode to windows 98/me farcry 2.exe and start the game from this file.
If you have some sound problem during game (sound stuttering like half life 2) go in sounds device manager in the control pannel and low the hardware accelleration bar to minimum (in the advanced option)
Now work great!
p.s. apply the latest patch to game
