This is how i usually do it, installs cracked exe and backup of original exe.

Make CRACK folder to your temp folder where dvd content is, put cracked exe to CRACK folder.

download iscab from mondragons signature and extract to temp folder

Make list.txt with this content

[ISCAB Info]
Product=ISCAB
Version=2.0

[Executable]
File1="Beijing.exe"

then run command: iscab data1.cab -x -i"list.txt"

Now edit list.txt to look like this

[ISCAB Info]
Product=ISCAB
Version=2.0

[Executable]
File1="Beijing.exe" , "CRACK\Beijing.exe"
File3="Beijing.exe.bak" , "Beijing.exe"

Run command: iscab data1.cab -a -i"list.txt" and after is done, delete CRACK folder and Beijing.exe from temp folder

after that just follow mondragons instructions

This should work, i don´t have this game so i can´t test this.

NOTE: I suggest doing this for games which you are sure will never get any updates, or there will be few extra steps between install and updating
