oh, im sure such a person (or persons) exists, well and you don't need to undo the punkbuster check, just rename the exe as its running and copy in the virgin would do the trick
... you get the idea anyway, though it'd be a lot of effort for just one game (unless its generic of course)... and you'll get lots of whiney gits demanding (!) an update as/when the next update for the game comes along... so, as one individual who could do it, i simply wouldn't because 99.9% of the people who would use it would be thankless bastards... and anyone knowing such tricks should really keep them to a small bunch of people who appreciate the time/research involved and not just give it out to the thankless masses
