flippant just threw this thread off topic... knock it off
install usually means/implies running a setup.exe / install.exe / whatever.exe, which makes entries in the add/remove component in control panel... thus, this is where installed programs go to....
what you did was unrar'ed a 'plugin' into an existing folder (where you
installed daemon tools), and then ran it... there was
NO installation, at best, there was file creation...
