Red Alert 3 will be available publicly in November'08.
The only thing you see & heard from RA3 is the Beta and you can only play it online - it requires Online Activation so FileForums won't hold any crack until the game get released to the stores and it won't include online activation.
No crack group has public emails, sites, home pages, etc.
Read the forum rules, specially #6 - even on this case.
