I also use to have the same problem. I downloaded dx9, I overwrited my dxdiag thing in the more help tab, and I downloaded and installed the patch. I use to have that problem with the fullscreen, but now when ever I click on the start or safe mode, nothing happens. I tried to put everything to the lowest, and still nothing happens. I also realized that the resolution tab thingy is blank and when ever I click on it, it gives me no options. please help me someone!!!!! I really need help!!!!
