spyro 3 can be copied by using clonecd and by using a plexstor writer, read the game at 1x speed and then write the game at 1x speed and would you believe it a perfect copy to play through to 120% hope this helps
Same problems occur, changes language, eggs dissappear etc.
Hopefully someone will produce a 100% PAL Spyro3 patch SOON!!!
