Some answers for you:
1) You don't need a patch for a CDclone copy!
2) Try burning at 2x as the faster you get, the less reliable the copy!
3) You will need a mod chip to play, unless you wanna rip open your PS2 & do the swap-trick forever!!
4) Apparently the Boot-Disc was only for the Jap PS2 so unless yours is a Jap model, forget it!!!!!!!!
