If you video is mp4, just follow below steps to add video to psp:
1.connect psp to pc using a usb cable, go to psp select usb code.
2.open the memory stick on pc, you will see lots of files, make a new folder called "VIDEO" on "MP_ROOT" copy your MP4 file to this folder
But if your video isn't mp4, you must convert them first, I always use
aimersoft psp converter suite, it can easily convert dvd video for psp with high quality, that's really good, you can check it out for free
