Looks like you haven't patched it right! H5_Game.exe is 1.60.0.51 for EU 1.06 patch!
Both the EU CE 1.06 and plain EU 1.06 patch contain the same exe files, and they are devoid of Securom and DVD checks as I patched the EU CE game to 1.06 and didn't need the DVD at all.
