yeah, the disk is probably damaged. You may want to try to clean it with special cd cleaners and if you want to take a chance you can set Error Correction to Ignore and hope that the game will work inspite of those bad sectors. Also if you have a second drive like a cd-rom or a dvd-rom you may try making an image with that because cd-r are really bad at reading damaged disks and regular cd-rom and dvd-roms do it much better. I am saying this cause I had a badly scratched game and when I tried making an image with cdrwin through my cd-rw drive it would get lots of errors but then I tried with my dvd-rom and everything worked fine with absolutely no errors. so you may want to try that.
