Seems that quickest way is freemans way
my brain isn't working right now just had to make it hardest way but i like my backups nice and tidy without any unnecessary files, even zero byte files.
For those who don't want to keep any bik files then replace them with blank.bik and replace PC_fre.str, PC_ger.str, PC_spa.str, PC_ita.str files with 0 byte file and change EnableLangDlg=Y to N in Setup ini so it won't prompt for selecting language when you start to install
It should fit on dvd5 then.
