I have a file named

Tomba! 2 - The Evil Swine Returns [U] [SCUS-94454].img.ecm

for example.

I need to patch it so epsxe can use it. I found the website for patches, but my problem is getting a easy step by step guide on how to apply these patches.

I also saw that epsxe can automatically apply the patches by remaning the patch in the patches folder. Tried it...no success

Help please!
