I just completed about 7%, but I haven't seen this mentioned fairy until now.
I got two friends now, hanging on ropes at the gondola of the baloon.

But I've got another problem, where I guess that it's related to a read error of my genuine image:
When I get the second egg in this lava-world, where the little guy says that yesterday evening they've been given by somebody in the tiki-lodge, my psone starts seeking endlessly at the cd (as if there is a bad sector, and the psone tries to read the sector again... and again... and again...).

Or is there anyone else with the same problem ???
