Yes it works. As far as I know. I can patch a copy with Fargo to go with my Street Fighter EX3 that I had to buy, because I wanted an original game so I bought it, and I'm in the US so there is no Utility disc.
I can swap my copies with Street Fighter EX3 and play all my backups except for Namco games. Somehow, SFEX3 don't work with Namco games. I should say, with Fargo patched with SFEX3 as the boot cd...
Yes it works...For the US at least...That's what I have...
