well firstly you read the rules and the faq
then you'll see that you cant ask users to send you the files
leaving you a few options...
1. contact the publisher for a replacment disk (if the disk is scratched, broken etc..)
2. try reinstalling and this time, report whatever the error here is on the forum
and this is still technically in the wrong part of the forum
