Tested, worked.
The patch v1.0.1.0 came out because of the game initial buggines. Wasn't really a crack problem, but a game problem.
If it still doesn't work check if your videocard is compatible with the game sytem requirements, update your videocard drivers to the latest, update to the latest DirectX 9.0c(currently is DirectX 9.0c july 2007)

I still have the problem that he crashes back to desktop. The demo is working, so it's nothing wrong with my videocard...
