I have so far only managed to get the game to run once (1st time only and never after that).
I load the game up and get to the "you are empty" screen but thats it.
You guys who are running the game after the 1st time on XP what are you doing ?.
I Install game no probs
I install all codecs ect no probs
once installed i copy/paste crack + dll over originals
(I have the same problem regardless if i install SF and run from original exe).
(I am not a fan of SF @ all and dont really want it on my PC for reasons obvious and if there not i cant be botherd to go into it. Just look in the file forums and you will see why i like so many others dont want it on our PC's).
I am intrested to know are you guys blocking the exe with your fire wall or allowing to connect ?. (i have tried both ways).
I NEVER INSTALL STARFORCE PROTECTION (for obvious reasons) but to be honest there should be no reason to have to allow SF to install as a crack has been supplied. (no one is allowing SF to install are they ? If thats what your doing then im baffled as that dont make any sence and i dont want SF prot installed on my PC).
So can someone on XP give me a “EXACTLY HOW YOU DID IT” ? PLZ?
Being able to play the game only the 1st time its installed and then not after is crap obviously and i have to reinstall the game again once 1st time i switch PC off. Any ideas ?

I have found by goOgeling that there are quiet a few others who are experiencing the same prob.
Its been suggested by some that running the exe in windows compatible mode will sort it. It dose not work 4 me.
Its been sugested that the exe needs to connect (phone home @ least once) but im unsure about this because if using a cracked exe and dll that should remove any need to "phone home" and the NFO would surely state something about it wouldnt it !. (And either way i have not blocked the exe and also tried blocking the exe).

(I belive this is untrue. The game behaves the same way with original exe + dll pointing towards a different problem).
So anyone who has this game working and is running XP (with all updates+ service packs) please could you state what you had to do ??.
