Ya i am having the same exact issues. Same errors from the log. I tried with the maxi dvd image didnt work, tried the 1.2 crack and didnt work. I also changed the shortcut to goto the medieval2.exe file directly and the game will open and the screen will be black and ill here the error noise and the curser will stay an hourglass, if i hit escape or enter the game shuts down (while its stuck in the black screen).
