Even though now with the 1.2 official patch I gotta use the dvd again, I admit I am thankful ubisoft released that patch. Coz before it I was getting horrible fps at times, and that was with the gfx settings on medium. Now all settings are at max, including high detailed ocean ripples, and the fps are superb, as all my other games are. So this hasn't been a total disaster.
