So, before judging, read the above :P
Anyway, was analyzing the file in looks for a clue regarding game's version. I don't want to go in-game, so I poped up
PE Explorer. Since right-clicking the file and checking "Properties" didn't show a thing about the file, I used that tool.
Surprise :
I've played this game a while ago, it's made by JoWood. Interesting - Archangel...
As for the version, I could only get this out :
