Yeah, u can play Ps1 backups in a PS2. You need a program called patch-it. You can get it at : http://www.playstationmods.com Its in their download section. When u get this program, all u have to do is run it and make sure the bin file for the ps1 game is in the same directory as Patch-it. Then hit the button to patch it for a Japanese ps and your in business. Then, burn the bin back to a cd and all is good. Hope this helps.
