Previous saves can't be used? What a bunch of tossers!!! Why play a game and get a long way in it then make you start all over again with a new patch, fucking ridiculous!! You would think in this day and age this sort of problem would have been solved years ago!!
As for the patch, it's an Inno Setup file so it's easy to extract the files with Inno Unpacker
and it DOES update the EXE (SecuROM Detected - Version 7.21) so we'll all have to WAIT for a crack to appear won't we!
