Hi, First, see if you can update your cd rom and cdrw drivers.
Disable auto insert notification in system settings. Or else the version you've got isn't compatable. Uninstal the one you've got. Go to www.goldenhawk.com and d/l another couple of versions. Leave them on you're desktop and 1 x 1 go through them, (uninstalling as you go) until you find a compatable version.
