Hopefully I have the right e-mail address for
[email protected]. Anyway I sent a sample file to you and this is what I wrote in the e-mail so everyone can read it incase someone can help me out here.
This file was converted to MP4 format so its usable on an IPod, but the audio part of the file is not supported by the RCA media player I talked about. I used ANY VIDEO CONVERTER to convert this file to MP4 format hoping files coverted in this style would be useable on both a video Ipod and an RCA Lyra X3030. The video will play fine on both devices but the audio is not supported by the RCA unit and inturn will not play sound on that unit. I've also used Clone DVD mobile to convert MP4 files that are both compatable for an IPOD and a Sony PSP (Playstation Portable) but the RCA device does not support the sound format part of these MP4s either.
Heres a link to the software I use and a link to website that lists the formats supported by my RCA media device.

I just now signed up for an account at Myspace to upload the sample file I converted to MP4 for you. Sorry I'm not familiar with any GOOD free sites to upload stuff onto. I could use some help there also, I guess
