Hi , I had the same thing, Uxcell contacted me within 2 days, and told me to do the following:

Please connect your player with your pc then click
the removable disk(that is the player on "my computer") on the right, then
choose "format", under the format file, please choose "FAT" but not "FAT32".
After formatting, please copy songs or movies or any other files to your
player.

It has worked for me, you just need to reload your music.
